Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas and Happy Chanukah to everyone! We had Christmas dinner with our family last night and it was very fun! I hope everyone has an amazing day today!

Hello everyone! 

Sorry I have not been posting on my blog lately! I am learning a lot of Spanish here and I am having a really good time! School is hard, but all my teachers understand that I am having a hard time interpreting what they are saying because they speak so quickly. I am learning Spanish, but it is still frustrating because I don't understand everything yet. I just need to keep practicing!

 I have made a lot of friends here but the people I am closest with are the friends I made through AFS. We don't get to see each other that often but we always have fun together! It's really fun to meet all these people from around the world! Here is a picture from one of our orientations.

In Cee!

Hello everyone! I am in Cee living with my host family!! It is so beautiful here and I love my host family! This is the view from my room.

New York

Hi Everyone!  I am heading to Cee, Galicia Spain for my year of studying abroad.   I have spent three really fun days with my mom in New York. We have been seeing all of the sites of the city, visiting friends, shopping, going to museums and we saw two plays on Broadway.  

I am doing a 24 hour orientation with AFS in NYC.  Tomorrow I fly to Madrid where I will have another 24 hour orientation before heading to my host family on the train.  

I am so excited to start this adventure!   

Host Family!

I am excited to announce that I have received my host family! They live in a town called Cee in the Provence of A Coruña. The town is right on the beach! My family has a 13 year old daughter and a 4 year old son. I am very excited to meet them!!
